1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the KBAGS website and, where applicable, your product enquiries, quotations, and orders.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms communicated and accepted for that transaction, subject to applicable law. Any separately agreed written terms will also apply.

2. Products & Customisation

KBAGS offers reusable bag solutions, including available jute, cotton, canvas, and other fabric products for retail, corporate, promotional, gifting, and bulk requirements.

Product availability, materials, dimensions, colours, handles, closures, printing, and additional features depend on feasibility and availability.

Product photographs and samples are illustrative. Actual colours, textures, patterns, and finishes may vary due to material characteristics, production methods, and display settings.

3. Enquiries, Quotations & Order Confirmation

Customers should provide accurate requirements, including product specifications, quantity, artwork, delivery destination, and any relevant deadlines.

Quotations are based on the specifications and commercial terms stated in the quotation. Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is not a confirmed order.

An order is considered confirmed when KBAGS has accepted it and the applicable confirmation, payment, and approval requirements have been completed.

Changes requested after confirmation may affect pricing, availability, and production or delivery schedules.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices depend on product type, material, order quantity, customisation, printing, packaging, and delivery requirements.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, payment milestones, and any additional costs will be communicated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Customers must pay according to the agreed payment terms. Production or dispatch may depend on receipt of the applicable advance or outstanding payment.

No fixed payment method, credit facility, or payment schedule is guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

5. Artwork, Samples & Customer Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, logos, spelling, dimensions, colours, printing placement, and other specifications before production.

Customers must have the necessary rights or permissions to use supplied logos, artwork, trademarks, and other materials.

Production will follow the final approved specifications. Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs or require a revised schedule.

6. Production & Delivery

Production and dispatch estimates depend on quantity, material availability, customisation, artwork approval, and current workload.

Shipping charges, delivery estimates, destination coverage, and other applicable arrangements will be communicated for the order.

International orders may require additional documentation, customs procedures, duties, taxes, or other destination- specific requirements, as applicable.

7. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted promptly in writing. Approval depends on the order status, production progress, supplier commitments, and applicable law.

Customised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started, except where required by applicable law or agreed otherwise.

Any approved refund will be handled according to the applicable order terms and our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details.
• Review specifications and approvals carefully.
• Submit required payments within agreed timelines.
• Ensure supplied branding materials are authorised for use.
• Communicate relevant delivery and order requirements in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KBAGS will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any applicable statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, text, and other materials belonging to KBAGS may not be reproduced or used without appropriate permission. Customer-provided artwork remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are subject to applicable Indian laws and mandatory legal protections. Any dispute will be addressed through applicable legal procedures and any valid written agreement between the parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

KBAGS may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page. The terms applicable to a confirmed order will be determined by the agreed order documentation and applicable law.
